We loved every moment of the stay, perfect experience. The staff was excellent and we met the host. The setting was fantastic. Also, it was next to the 3rd Street shopping mall, restaurants on 3rd street promenade and the main restaurants and shops.

Everything was good, I greatly enjoyed impeccably clean rooms. It was in a stunning place. And it was really close to the main restaurants, shops and restaurants on 3rd street promenade, and Santa Monica.

The location was amazing - just a short walk to main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Diane, the host, was helpful and check-in/out was easy. The flat was comfortable and had a balcony, air conditioning, and clean rooms. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and had nice little extras.

Felt like treated like royalty, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern studio in Santa Monica. the location was amazing, just a short stroll to the main restaurants, shops, and the beach. Diane, the host, was incredibly helpful and made check, in and check, out a breeze. the flat itself was perfect , comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and well, equipped kitchen and bathroom. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Cons: Can't think of anything to improve! 😊.

The value for money was exceptional, and the room itself was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and safe stay. The location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful neighborhoods all within walking distance. The staff, especially Diana, our host, were accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of.

The only thing that could make the breakfast experience better was to have more variety and options available.

I got excellent value for my money at Modern Studio In Santa Monica. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the shopping mall and Santa Monica Pier. The staff were incredibly hospitable and supportive, making my stay even better.

The breakfast could use some improvement.

The apartment was beautifully clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was comfortable, which was great for a side sleeper like me with shoulder issues. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the promenade and close to the pier. The neighborhood felt safe with security patrols. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries, and they even went above and beyond to search for a bracelet I left behind. I highly recommend this studio apartment for a wonderful stay in Santa Monica.

This studio had a fantastic location, being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and beautiful neighborhoods with palm trees. The gated garage provided safe parking and easy access. The studio itself had a comfortable bed, an outdoor patio, and a full-size kitchen. The host was accommodating, allowing an early check-in and providing clear instructions. it was a great place to stay.

The pillows in the studio were flat and hard, causing discomfort and sore necks. Despite this issue, the overall experience was still excellent.

Great location! Just a short walk to the pier and shops. Easy access to all the attractions. the underground parking was a huge plus. the apartment was well equipped with a smart TV and extra amenities like hairdryer and towels. It was perfect for a couple's stay.

The noise from construction outside was quite disturbing and woke us up early in the morning. the balcony door was not properly fixed and kept coming off the hinges.
